Linotale ships internationally from its warehouse in Ukraine. Orders are normally completed within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Within the United States and the European Union, we ship via UPS Express or UkrPoshta.
Orders sent outside the EU may be subject to extra taxes and fees in the country of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying any customs and taxes separately. Please note that Linotale does not offer refunds for tariffs, taxes, or shipping expenses. Customers in the United States will be charged a state sales tax.
Delivery timeframes are estimations and may differ depending on the exact delivery destination.
If you are not pleased with your order, you can return it and get a refund of the item's purchase price. You have 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt to make a return. All exchanged items must be in their original condition, including tags and packing. To request a return, please send us an email at shop@linotale.com with your order ID number. You will receive an email containing a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 48 hours. Please do not send your return without this authorisation; it will not be processed.
Returns must be shipped via a trackable service at the customer's expense. Please notify us after you've shipped. Linotale has the right to deny returns of any goods that does not match the aforementioned standards. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be granted. If an item is returned to us because a customer refuses to pay the applicable import taxes or customs charges, Linotale will endeavour to recover all costs and fees incurred by Linotale. Please keep in mind that if you refuse to pay customs fees upon delivery, you will not receive a refund until the merchandise is returned to us.
