Linotale ships worldwide from our warehouse in Ukraine.
Orders are usually fulfilled within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
Within the USA and EU we ship using UPS Express service.
Customs and Duties
Orders shipped outside of the EU may face additional taxes and duties in the country of delivery.
The Customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes separately.
Please note that duties and taxes (and shipping costs) are not refundable through Linotale.
Customers in USA will be charged state sales tax.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders shipped within the EU using UPS Express service will arrive in 3 to 5 days.
Orders shipped to the USA and Canada using UPS Express shipping will arrive in 5 to 7 days.
All other deliveries will usually arrive in 3 to 5 days.
Delivery times are estimates, and may vary depending on the actual delivery address.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund of the item's purchase price
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your return. All exchange items must be intact, with their original tags and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at linotale.shop@gmail.com with your email and order ID number. A return authorization and shipping instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please do not ship your return without this authorization, as it will not be processed.
Returns must be shipped with a trackable service and at the customer’s expense. Please notify us once you ship.
Linotale reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise which does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for import taxes or customs duties due payable, Linotale will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Linotale. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
